BEVERLEY, Arnold McCowen
Arnold McCowen Beverley was born at 61 Thoroughfare, Halesworth, Suffolk on 21 February 1914, second son of Montague Barnabas Beverley (9 October 1871-31 July 1954), hairdresser & tobacconist, and his wife Alice Ruth née Frankland (28 February 1883-23 December 1967), who married at Beccles, Suffolk in 1909. In 1939, Arnold was an unmarried commercial artist, living at 61 Thoroughfare, Halesworth with his parents Montague and Alice. A member and exhibitor at the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle 1946-1953 from Norwich and from Halesworth, Suffolk and was also a member and exhibitor at the Beccles Society of Artists. Arnold McCowen Beverley died at 9 Brick Kiln Avenue, Beccles, Suffolk on 5 April 2004.
