AITCHISON, Bruce

1948 - ?

Bruce F. Aitchison was born at Acle, Norfolk in 1948, son of Frederick Aitchison (1915-1971) and his wife Stella, née Mallett (1922-1962), who married at Acle in 1944. Bruce married at Norwich in 1988, Sharon E. Birkwood née Murphy. Bruce paints in watercolour and oils, also dabbles in a little drawing, usually landscapes, still life and some figurative works. A member and exhibitor at the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle in 1977 from Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk and exhibited at the Royal Academy; the Royal Institute of Watercolour Painters and has been exhibiting in Norfolk for many years including at the Assembly House, Norwich and now lives at 12 Thomas Wyatt Close, Norwich, Norfolk.
