OVEL, Christine Anne
Christine Anne Ovel was born at Rochford, Essex in 1952, daughter of David Walter Ovel (12 May 1912-2 June 2004) and his wife Audrey Elsie née Bell (23 June 1918-16 November 2007), who married at Rochford in 1947. A member of the Ipswich Art Club 1974-1985+ and exhibited from 40 Hossack Road, Ipswich in 1973, two watercolours 'Watchful' and 'Solemnity' and from 7 York Road, Ipswich in 1980 'Evening, Aldeburgh Beach' and 'Church Lane, Sproughton'. Christine married at Ipswich in 1991, David B. Thompson and they had a son Matthew David, born in 1994.
