TODD, Stephen
Stephen P. Todd, was born at Ipswich in 1951, son of Jack Verdun Todd (8 May 1916-1996) and his wife Monica E. I. née Scoging, who married at Ipswich in 1944. A member of the Ipswich Art Club in 1968 and, at the age of 17, exhibited from 28 Spring Road, Ipswich a 'Portrait'. This was his only year of membership and exhibiting.
