CARR, Michael John
Michael John Carr was born at Ipswich in 1940, son of Arthur Robert Carr (14 November 1914-28 December 1993), petroleum rail car filler, and his wife Edna May née Strange (20 February 1919-27 June 2012), who married at Ipswich in 1939. Michael married at Ipswich in 1964, Mary J. Clarkson. A member of the Ipswich Art Club and exhibited from 29 Medway Road, Ipswich in 1979, two paintings 'Puffins' and 'Fishing Smack, 'Bluebell'' and four more the following year 'Shore, North St Andrews', 'The Park in Winter', 'Exhibition' and 'Stradbally Surf'. He latterly lived at 5 Crotchets Close, Ipswich, Suffolk.
