STANNARD, Terence Ralph
Terence Ralph Stannard was born at Ipswich on 10 July 1937, son of Walter George Stannard (23 March 1902-1973), a trolley bus driver, and his wife Mabel Phyllis née Wyard (28 April 1907-2002), who married at Ipswich in 1931. In 1939, Terence was living at 29 Schreiber Road, Ipswich with his parents. Stannard painted Suffolk scenes in oil, acrylics and watercolours and his work also include hand glass engraving. He exhibited at the Ipswich Art Club from 'Fairwinds', School Road, Sudbourne, Suffolk in 1979, 'Holbrook Mill'. He married in the Samford district of Suffolk in 1964, Valerie Margaret Gibbon (born 1944). Terence Ralph Stannard died at Sudbourne, Suffolk on 14 February 2003.
