DIX, Maurice Charles
Maurice Charles Dix was born at Wangford, Suffolk in 1934, son of Frederick Charles Dix (12 September 1899-1978), a railway porter, and his wife Olive Rose née Adams (31 January 1909-10 November 1974), who married at Wangford in 1931. Maurice married at Lothingland, Suffolk in 1958, Jean Crawford. A member and exhibitor at Beccles Society of Artists 1977-1990 and elected a Fellow in 1987.
