David H. Richold was born at Bury St Edmund's, Suffolk in 1940, twin son with Jonathan, of Harold Victor Richold (13 April 1904-18 February 1998), a builder's labourer, and his wife Constance née Duce (27 June 1908-1991), who married at Finsbury Park, London in 1935 and in 1939, were living at 1 Bixby Cottages, Long Melford, Suffolk. David married at Fakenham, Norfolk in 1968, Suzanne M Payne. David exhibited from 5 Oriel Close, Sudbury, Suffolk at the 'Visions of Sudbury' show at St Peter's church, Sudbury in October 2013, two acrylics 'Cornard Riverside Walk' and 'At the end of the Day' which was voted the best picture in show.
