BURROUGHES, Gerry
Gerald F. Burroughes was born at Thetford, Norfolk in 1934, son of Hedley Thomas Burroughes (6 July 1906-31 December 1965) and his wife Kathleen Dulcie née Holder (7 March 1911-21 May 2004), who married St Mary's Church, Gislingham, Suffolk in March 1932. In 1939, the family were farmers at Thripskin Hall, Thelnetham, Suffolk. Gerald married at Newmarket, Suffolk in 1963, Jane M. Craven (born 1941). An artist living at Chediston, Halesworth, Suffolk and has exhibited at the Halesworth Gallery. He donated three acrylic paintings to the 'Westhall Secret Postcard Auctions' in 2013 'Sheep with Lambs', 'Green Woodpecker' and '3 guinea Fowl'.
