HETHERINGTON, Frances Stephanie
As Frances Stephanie Catt, she was born at Ipswich on 6 August 1912, daughter of Stephen Joseph Catt (30 November 1884-4 March 1955), an officer in the Royal Navy, and his wife Mary Caroline née Hardy (1882-1949), who married at Ipswich in 1908. Early in 1939, Frances was a commercial artist, living at 20 Westbury Road, Ipswich and married at Ipswich later that year, Cyril Alfred Hetherington (9 July 1913-1993). Frances Stephanie Hetherington died at 6 Leigh Drive, Wickham Bishops, Witham, Essex on 6 March 1995.
