Francesca Wyatt was born in Paris. As a child she was attracted to painting and she studied at 'Cours Martenot' drawing and painting workshop in Paris and then developed an academic career. After much travelling, Francesca went on to have a family which slowed her painting, but she sold works in Paris, Luxembourg, Acapulco (Mexico) and Kaduna (Nigeria). After a deep personal loss in 2013 she has found her way back into painting, working in situ, from photographs and from memory. Francesca is now (2020) based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
