LOVETT, Caroliine
Caroline Lovett is a self-taught contemporary figurative artist working in acrylic and oils, as well as producing ink studies. Her figurative work moves between the very contemporary and the surreal and vibrant, often fluorescent colours, recur in her work. Her paintings are constructed sometimes from imagination but more often from large scale pencil studies that she has gathered after planning and researching for many months. Caroline exhibited at the Royal Academy and has also shown at Grayson’s Art Club Exhibition at the Midlands Art Centre and elsewhere.
