Louise Chapman studied art at City College Norwich and Norwich School of Art in the late 1990’s and began painting seriously in 2014. Louise works in oils on canvas, producing abstract and semi abstract pieces, painting intuitively and developing an interest in collage and marrying the two in mixed media pieces. Her work will go through many changes until she recognises a balance of colour and composition. A former member of Suffolk Open Studios and exhibits widely throughout Suffolk and East Anglia including at Carousel Gallery, Framlingham in September 2020 and a guest artist with Artworks East at Blackthorpe Barn in Rougham.
