PATERSON, Marguerite
As Marguerite Sones she was born in the Deben District of Suffolk on 14 June 1942, daughter of Albert Sones (25 October 1911-7 June 1996) and his wife Muriel E. Hammond (1915-1968), who married at Deben in 1938. As Marguerite Laverie she married in Suffolk in 1973 Martin A Paterson (1948-) and painted under the name of Marguerite Paterson. A member of the Felixstowe Art Group, she lived at 70 Looe Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk and exhibited at Art on the Prom and Art at the Ferry both at Felixstowe. Marguerite Paterson died at Felixstowe on 27 April 2021.
