TAPLIN GALLERY
As the Denis Taplin Gallery at 68 Thoroughfare, Woodbridge was opened by Denis Taplin (1935-2022) in 1987, selling local artwork, prints, ceramics, sculptures, jewellery and greetings cards. As the Taplin Gallery from around 2014 Marianne Steer ran the Gallery. After severe flooding of the premises in 2019, the gallery lost most of their artwork and as a result the Steer family owners decided to discontinue trading.
