DIX, Eric
Eric John Dix was born at Norwich, Norfolk in 1929, son of William Alfred Dix (22 November 1893-23 September 1976), a schoolmaster, and his wife Gladys Iris née Pye (3 April 1898-1963), who married at Norwich in 1923 and in 1939, were living at 57 Gipsy Lane, Norwich. Eric married in the Samford district of Suffolk in 1959, Gillian R. Cooper. Eric was a member and exhibitor at the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle 1947-1981 from Norwich and from Hill Rise, Church Lane, Baylham, Ipswich. Eric John Dix died at Ipswich on 18 January 2016.
